Message frequency will vary depending on your scheduled appointments, but you can generally expect 1–3 messages per appointment.

Standard message and data rates may apply. All SMS communications are transactional in nature and are intended to ensure you receive timely updates regarding your appointments with CaseCatch.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. To request additional assistance, you may reply HELP. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from CaseCatch unless you re-subscribe.
